Job Title: Web Specialist (Intermediate) - WordPress

Location: Toronto
Ideal Rate: $55- $60 (Based on Experience)
ONSITE- 5 days
Must Have
- 4+ years of experience in enterprise website design, development, testing, and implementation
- Hands-on experience with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, PHP, and a JS framework (React, Angular, Vue, or Node.js)
- Experience with open-source platforms: WordPress, Drupal, Git, Apache, Linux
- Experience with accessibility testing and WCAG 2.1 AA (or higher) standards
- Experience designing multilingual, multi-audience websites
Nice to Have
- Azure Web Services experience (WordPress as a Service, DBaaS)
- RBAC implementation in Azure (Entra ID, Easy Auth)
- Familiarity with Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, or InVision
- Knowledge of AODA and Ontario government web standards
- Experience using GitHub Copilot or other AI-assisted coding tools
- Azure DevOps / Agile project experience
