Beyond Landscaping Ltd is one of the
fastest growing companies on the North Shore. We provide
hardscaping (designing, building), gardening & planting, as
well as snow & ice management services to our customers. We
take great pride in the work we do and because of this, we are
expanding rapidly and adding to our team. We treat our employees

Job Details
-On-call 24/7 during snow storms (often starting ~3:30 am)
-Shifts: 8–12 hrs depending on storm severity
-Location: North & West Vancouver
-Bonus: $50 per day shift bonus for all snow events
-Own car, SUV, 4x4 or truck = paid at a higher hourly rate
What We’re Looking For
-Hard-working, reliable, and flexible with schedule
-Physically fit for snow shoveling, salting, and labour work
-Experience plowing snow or outdoor labour
-Valid driver’s license an asset (comfortable with pickup trucks/equipment)
-Safety-conscious, team player, positive attitude
Duties
-Snow removal & ice control (plowing, shoveling, salting)
-Assist with equipment operations and site safety
-Maintain tools/equipment and report unsafe conditions
