The Opportunity
Looking to gain experience in the residential leasing and property management? We’re looking for a passionate customer service oriented individual to join our team.
Hours: Tuesday to Friday, 11:00am – 7:00pm, Saturday 10:00am – 6:00pm.
This is an onsite position located in Toronto, ON.
What You Will Do
- Deliver exceptional customer service by responding professionally, promptly, and courteously to prospective and current residents, team members, and management.
- Manage leasing inquiries and leads, including phone/email inquiries, follow-ups, appointments, viewings, and application support.
- Drive leasing performance by qualifying prospects, showcasing properties and suites, communicating value, negotiating leases, and promoting referrals.
- Maintain strong property and suite knowledge, ensuring inventory, availability, presentation, advertising, pricing, and common areas meet standards.
- Monitor leasing and market performance, analyzing traffic, lease results, competitive rents, resident activity, and market trends.
- Identify opportunities for improvement in leasing processes, marketing, customer experience, and overall property performance.
- Support building operations and resident experience by identifying and reporting property deficiencies and ensuring new residents receive appropriate orientation.
Who You Are
Key Qualifications
- Experience – 2+ years’ experience in busy sales, customer service, real estate, hospitality or marketing.
- Education – High school diploma required, College Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree is preferred
- Computer Skills – Advanced skills in Excel, Word, Outlook and proficiency with Yardi.
- Availability - Flexibility in hours. Evening and/or weekend work will be required.
Other Skills and Behaviours:
- Relationship Skills – Must possess exceptional communication and interpersonal relationship skills, and generally love engaging with public
- Organizational/Multi-Task Skills – Must be a self-starter with high degree of initiative, agility, creativity and flexibility. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving is required
- Police Clearance: A criminal verification check is required for employment

The Expected Base Pay Range: $50,000 - $60,000 per year. The Base Pay range is for the primary location for which the job is posted.
