Original job description
BMW Toronto, a proud member of the Quinn Automotive Group, is currently looking for a Parts Runner to join our team. We offer competitive compensation, benefits, and an enjoyable working environment.
Responsibilities of this role will include:
Deliver parts promptly and accurately to technicians, advisors, and internal departments
Retrieve parts requests from the Parts Counter and distribute as required
Scan incoming orders, verify accuracy, and properly put away stock in correct bin locations
Assist with receiving and organizing daily stock shipments
Return unused parts from technicians back to the Parts Department and restock correctly
Maintain cleanliness, organization, and overall appearance of the Parts Department
Assist with warranty parts, cores, and returns processing
Perform internal and external parts deliveries as required
Assist with accessory installations and departmental support tasks
Perform regular bin checks and assist with inventory counts
Notify management immediately of any missing parts, short shipments, or inventory discrepancies
Help maintain accurate inventory and proper parts flow throughout the department

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
