Role Overview
The Finance Manager will be responsible for managing financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis. This role plays a critical part in maintaining financial discipline, supporting operational decision-making, and enabling sustainable growth across international operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes across cross-functional initiatives
Define and track financial KPIs; develop reports and dashboards to support data-driven decision-making
Manage vendor payments, contracts, and financial controls to ensure cost efficiency and compliance
Partner with operations, events, logistics, and commercial teams to align financial strategy with business objectives
Monitor expenditures and ensure projects are delivered within approved budgets
Develop and implement financial processes, controls, and reporting frameworks
Support audits, compliance, and financial risk management activities
Skills & Qualifications
Required:
Strong financial management and budgeting experience
Expertise in financial forecasting and analysis
Experience managing vendor contracts and cost controls
Proficiency with financial systems and reporting tools
Preferred:
Professional certification (e.g., CPA, CFA, or equivalent)
Experience with financial reporting tools and ERP systems
Working knowledge of data analysis tools (e.g., SQL)
