Athletics & Sports Management - Professional sports club operating in event management, talent coordination, and cross-border commercial partnerships. We deliver competitive sports programming, fan engagement experiences, and international operations support for a growing global footprint.
This remote role (United States) hires a senior operations leader to run cross-functional projects, optimise processes, and scale sport-facing programs across geographies. Primary title: Operations Manager.
Role & Responsibilities:
Own end-to-end project delivery for cross-functional initiatives - scope, planning, execution, risk mitigation, and stakeholder communication.
Define and track operational KPIs, build dashboards, and use data to drive continuous process improvements.
Manage budgets and vendor relationships; negotiate contracts and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
Coordinate distributed teams - commercial, events, logistics, and athlete services - to align priorities and remove execution blockers.
Design and implement scalable operational playbooks, standard operating procedures, and transition plans for new programs.
Drive change management for process rollouts, training, and adoption across remote teams.
