Client Analytics team plays a key role in this mission, driving strategy, uncovering actionable insights, and enabling data-driven decision-making for leading brands across industries such as retail, banking, automotive, QSR, and grocery.
As a
Manager, Client Analytics, you will lead the delivery of high-impact analytics engagements while managing and developing a team of analysts and consultants. Sitting between hands-on analytics leadership and emerging people and account management, you will own the quality and execution of client deliverables, guide the application of advanced analytics, and serve as a key analytics point of contact for client relationships.
This role is ideal for someone ready to step beyond individual delivery into team leadership and project ownership, balancing technical depth, client-facing communication, and the coaching of junior team members. You'll partner closely with senior leaders to grow accounts and shape delivery, while taking accountability for the day-to-day success of your engagements.
- 6-8 years of experience in analytics, marketing consulting, loyalty strategy, or business/management consulting, ideally in a client-facing role.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field required; Master's degree preferred.
- Demonstrated experience managing projects and leading or mentoring team members.
- Proven ability to present complex insights to both technical and non-technical audiences, including senior stakeholders.
- Comfortable leading client meetings, workshops, and presentations with a high level of professionalism and clarity.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in SQL and Python or R; familiarity with Snowflake and Databricks is an asset.
- Deep understanding of advanced analytics techniques (e.g., supervised/ unsupervised learning, statistical testing, simulation, optimization).
- High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with a knack for turning data into engaging visual presentations.
Client & Delivery Leadership - Serve as a primary analytics point of contact for assigned client relationships, ensuring insights align with strategic business goals.
- Own the analytics roadmap for assigned clients, connecting analytics initiatives to business objectives and identifying priorities across current and future engagements.
- Design and execute analytics projects end to end, structuring approaches, managing scope, timelines, and quality to deliver high-impact solutions.
- Present findings to client stakeholders with a polished, professional delivery style, using data storytelling and visualization to drive business impact.
- Act as a trusted advisor by identifying opportunities where analytics can add value and proactively recommending solutions.
Analytics Excellence - Lead the development and application of advanced analytics models such as customer lifetime value, segmentation, propensity, financial forecasting, and attribution modeling.
- Translate complex analytical findings into clear business language that supports strategic decision-making and continuous optimization.
- Oversee report development and performance monitoring tools to support ongoing client success.
People & Team Leadership - Manage, mentor, and develop a team of analysts and consultants, providing coaching, feedback on deliverables, and support for professional growth.
- Set clear objectives for team members and support ongoing performance development.
- Build team capabilities across analytics, storytelling, and strategic thinking.
Business Contribution - Contribute to business development through proposal writing, pitch decks, and scoping, with a focus on showcasing the value of analytics.
- Support account growth by identifying expansion opportunities within existing engagements.
- Manage project-level resourcing and utilization to ensure efficient, high-quality delivery.
Compensation: The expected base salary compensation for this role is $97,416.55 to $129,764.75 CAD annually.
