Brand Vision is a Toronto-based web design, branding, and marketing agency working with clients across Canada and the United States. We help organizations ranging from founder-led businesses to established enterprises strengthen their brands, improve their websites, and grow through practical, measurable marketing. Our clients include ArcelorMittal, Safeway, First Horizon Bank, and McGill University.
We're looking for a junior Sales Coordinator to help run the day-to-day work behind new business: researching prospects, managing outreach, preparing proposals, organizing follow-ups, and keeping the pipeline accurate.
You will work closely with our Account Executive, who leads discovery meetings, presentations, and closing. Your role is to make sure the research is useful, the outreach is relevant, the proposals are clear, and the next step is followed through.
This role suits someone who writes well, notices details, enjoys building organized processes, and wants to develop a career in agency sales. Relevant work, internships, and transferable experience are welcome.
What the role involves
Prospect research and list building: Research companies, decision-makers, and potential project needs. Build accurate prospect lists around agreed industries and account criteria, and identify relevant reasons to start a conversation.
Outreach execution: Run email and LinkedIn outreach and follow-up sequences, with phone outreach where appropriate. Personalize messages, monitor replies, maintain contact records, and coordinate qualified meetings with the Account Executive.
Proposals and sales materials: Turn discovery notes and approved recommendations into clear proposals, presentations, and supporting documents. Gather relevant case studies, check details, and coordinate internal input. Scope, pricing, and commercial commitments are approved by the Account Executive or leadership before documents are sent.
Meeting preparation and follow-up: Prepare company research and meeting materials, coordinate calendars, and organize notes and actions. Draft follow-up messages and make sure outstanding questions reach the right person.
CRM and pipeline coordination: Keep contacts, opportunities, source information, and follow-up tasks current. Track proposal status, flag stalled opportunities, and help maintain useful sales reports.
Process improvement: Help document repeatable workflows, maintain templates, and improve how outreach and proposal preparation are handled. Review which messages generate useful conversations and suggest practical changes, with guidance from the sales team.
