IT Project Controller – Intermediate
Location: Calgary, AB, Canada
Duration: 12 Months
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage project budgets, forecasting, commitments, and financial reporting for assigned IT projects.
- Monitor project financials and provide monthly reporting and analysis.
- Support requisitions, purchase orders, and routine project administration.
- Partner with Project Managers, Delivery Managers, and Senior Project Controllers.
- Support IT infrastructure projects such as network upgrades and data-center initiatives.
- Use SAP, preferably SAP PS (Project System), for project controls and administration.
Must-Have Qualifications:
- Approximately 5 years of project-controls experience.
- Experience with budgeting, forecasting, commitments, project monitoring, financial analysis, and reporting.
- Ability to independently manage routine project-control activities.
- Experience working with Project Managers and/or Delivery Managers.
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment in Alberta.
Preferred:
- IT infrastructure/project experience, especially network or data-center projects.
- Hands-on SAP PS experience.
- Experience with requisitions and purchase orders.
