Job Title: ELMS Developer (Senior .NET Developer)
Location: Regina, SK (Onsite)
Duration: Contract
We are seeking a Senior .NET Developer to lead enhancements for a business-critical online financial reporting application.
Must-Have Skills:
- 10+ years .NET development with C#, ASP.NET MVC, Razor, SQL Server, Entity Framework, AutoMapper, jQuery & Bootstrap
- .NET 9+ / .NET 10 experience
- Strong experience enhancing complex production .NET applications
- Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines and deployment
- API development and maintenance
- Entity Framework Code-First migrations
- Strong understanding of complex business rules and application modernization
- Technical documentation and strong communication skills
- Developer mentoring experience
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, test and deploy application enhancements
- Maintain Azure DevOps build/release pipelines
- Support UAT, staging and production deployments
- Prepare technical documentation, release notes and deployment instructions
- Ensure secure, maintainable and well-documented code
Nice to Have:
- ReactJS or AngularJS
- Telerik UI for ASP.NET
- SSRS
- Financial or regulatory reporting application experience
- Experience working with legislated business rules
