This role supports the Service Technician and Service Manager by ensuring timely completion of scheduled work, accurate documentation, and clear, consistent communication.

You will Bring
- Post-Secondary education in business administration or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar position

Key Responsibilities
- Process all Tarion Warranty lists, including the Initial, Mid-Year, 1 Year, 2 Year and MSD Forms
- Coordinate appointments with Homeowners and Trade Partners
- Work with Homeowners daily to resolve concerns
- Schedule and gather all necessary documents for all appointments
- Schedule all Service Technicians as well as Trades for all open claim items
- Create Customer Care service orders for work not recorded on Tarion Forms
- Diligently update Newstar and OLW, as required
- Create and distribute bi-weekly Warranty Aging Reports
- Create and distribute all necessary Purchase Orders for trades
- Respond and schedule all emergency calls
- Schedule model home maintenance
- Prepare all documentation and schedule Conciliations
- Generate and distribute exterior pending lists to the site’s Service Manager
- Send out Homeowner memos at vital times (ex. curb, driveway, sod install etc.)
- Order and purchase all necessary trade materials for service as per the Service Manager’s directives
- Reference Tarion’s CPG Guidelines to accurately document all issues
- Perform any other duties, as required
Working Conditions
- Extended periods at a computer may be required at times

- Competing demands may create stress
- Occasional lifting and carrying of office supplies or equipment may be required
- PPE is required at all times when in field settings (steel toes, Hi-Vis & a hard hat)
