Base salary: $100,000–$110,000

We are looking for an Executive Chef, Culinary Leader, or Chef with sales experience who is ready for a new challenge. Use your kitchen knowledge to lead the Pacific sales team, help food-service customers solve problems, and grow the business.
What You Will Do
- Mentor, coach, and lead the Pacific sales team
- Build relationships with chefs, dealers, and food-service leaders
- Find new customers and grow key accounts
- Recommend professional cooking solutions
- Lead cooking demonstrations and attend industry events
- Manage sales activities and opportunities using Salesforce CRM
- Travel approximately 65% of the time within British Columbia
What You Bring
- Five or more years of culinary or food-service experience
- Sales, business-development, or account-management experience
- Strong leadership, mentoring, and communication skills
- Experience using Salesforce CRM
- A valid driver’s licence
- Ability to travel approximately 65% within British Columbia
- English required; French is an asset
