Role Description The Director, CADA 360 Programs and Business Development is a full-time role responsible for leading the development, growth, and optimization of CADA 360 programs and related business initiatives. This hybrid role is based in Markham, ON, with flexibility for some work from home. Day-to-day responsibilities include overseeing existing programs and the design and delivery of new ones, Managing key partnerships, and identifying new business opportunities that align with member needs and organizational goals. The Director will monitor program performance, analyze data to inform improvements, and collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure programs are relevant, financially sustainable, and effectively marketed. The role also involves budget oversight, project planning, reporting to senior leadership, and ensuring a high standard of service and engagement with CADA members.
Qualifications
- Strong program management and program development skills, with experience leading multi-faceted initiatives from concept to implementation.
- Demonstrated analytical skills to assess program performance, interpret data, and support evidence-based decision-making.
- Proficiency in project management, including planning, coordination, timeline management, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Experience with budgeting, financial planning, and monitoring revenue and cost drivers for programs or business lines.
- Proven business development experience, ideally within association, financial services, or automotive-related environments.
- Excellent communication and report writing skills, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage diverse member groups and partners.
- Strategic thinking capability, with a track record of identifying market opportunities and driving program and service innovation.
- Post-secondary degree or diploma in business, commerce, management, or a related field; an advanced degree or relevant professional designation is an asset.
- Comfort working in a hybrid environment, with strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
