- Apply classic, hybrid, and volume lash extensions
- Perform lash lifts and lash tinting
- Perform brow shaping, tinting, and lamination
- Conduct client consultations to assess needs and recommend appropriate services
- Maintain accurate client records and service notes
- Follow all sanitation, disinfection, and infection control protocols
- Manage appointment scheduling and timing to maintain an efficient book
Requirements
- Certification in eyelash extension application (classic, hybrid, and volume techniques)
- Certification in brow services, including lamination
- Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in a professional lash and brow setting
- Working knowledge of sanitation and infection control standards for esthetics services
- Strong attention to detail and consistency in technique
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work a full, set schedule
