KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

Effectively process and track orders, returns.
Handle customer issues in a timely and efficient manner.
Responding to inquiries through phone and email.
Communicate and follow up with customers to confirm resolution.
Work closely with different divisions such as the Distribution Centre, credit and claims department.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES

College diploma.
A minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in a similar role.
Service oriented.
Strong communication skills.
Ability to provide solutions.
Work well within a team.
Bilingualism (French and English).
