CGI is providing a reasonable estimate of the pay range for this role. The determination of this range includes factors such as skill set level, geographic market, experience and training, and licenses and certifications. Compensation decisions depend on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $18-32/hour. This role is an existing vacancy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Data Analysis & Insights
- Analyze data across end-to-end operations to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities
- Provide data-driven insights to support project delivery, operational performance, and strategic decision-making
- Translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations aligned to business and project objectives
Business & Technology Collaboration
- Partner with operations and technology teams to define data requirements for projects, enhancements, and reporting needs
- Translate business requirements into analytical approaches, data models, and reporting solutions
- Support project teams with data insights to inform design decisions and solution outcomes
Reporting & Visualization
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track KPIs, project progress, and operational performance
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across project and BAU reporting outputs
- Deliver clear visualizations and reporting packs to support governance forums and stakeholder updates
Process Improvement & Efficiency
- Use data analysis to identify process inefficiencies and support continuous improvement initiatives
- Provide insights to inform process redesign, automation, and workflow optimization
- Track and measure benefits realization, including efficiency gains and performance improvements
Conversion & Transformation Support
- Support data workstreams for system implementations, migrations, and operating model changes
- Perform data validation, reconciliation, and readiness assessments for successful conversions
- Provide analysis to support cutover planning, transition tracking, and post-implementation stabilization
Project Delivery & Governance
- Support data-related activities within transformation projects, ensuring alignment to scope and timelines
- Track project metrics, risks, and dependencies using data-driven insights
- Contribute to governance reporting, status updates, and decision-making forums
Your Qualifications:
- Experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or reporting roles
- Experience supporting transformation, migration, or system implementation projects
Analytical & Technical Skills
- Strong analytical capability with experience in data interpretation, trend analysis, and problem-solving
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, mcros, SQL, or similar)
- Knowledge with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
- Ability to perform data validation, reconciliation, and quality assurance
Tools & Systems
- Experience with reporting and dashboarding tools (Power BI, Tableau or similar)
- Experience working with operational or financial systems is an advantage

- Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills
- Excellent communication and data storytelling ability
- High attention to detail and data accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
