Position Summary:
ofi values in-person collaboration with colleagues – this is a fully onsite position where employees are expected to work their specific work schedule onsite.
Reporting to the Director, Strategic Sourcing Green Coffee, the Supply Chain Analyst will be responsible for end-to-end green coffee supply chain execution, inventory accuracy, commodity transaction support, SAP management, warehouse coordination, logistics execution, financial reconciliation, reporting, and supply continuity. This role supports Procurement, Supply Chain, Finance, AP, Quality, Warehousing, 3PLs, and external suppliers through analytical reporting, operational coordination, process improvement, and commodity execution activities. This position is based in Toronto, Canada.
What You’ll Do - Position Responsibilities:
- Execute, validate, and troubleshoot SAP S/4HANA transactions, including goods receipts, goods issues, stock transfers, batch management, inventory reclassifications, and receiving activities.
- Maintain inventory accuracy by reconciling physical inventory with SAP records, investigating discrepancies, resolving posting errors, and supporting inventory audits.
- Support commodity execution activities, including price fixation, EFP/AA requests, confirmations, documentation, position tracking, coverage tracking, release tracking, and execution follow-up.
- Coordinate warehouse and logistics activities, including arrivals, receiving approvals, stock transfers, warehouse movements, outbound shipments, returns, and related documentation.
- Monitor inbound and outbound logistics activity, manage operational exceptions, and work with warehouses, third-party logistics providers, suppliers, and internal teams to resolve issues promptly.
- Support supply continuity through proactive coordination, communication, and escalation across Procurement, Planning, Supply Chain, Quality, Finance, Accounts Payable, Warehousing, logistics providers, and vendors.
- Manage warehouse invoice tracking, storage cost monitoring, logistics cost reporting, invoice matching support, inventory transaction reviews, reconciliations, and month-end activities.
- Analyze inventory variances, aging inventory, reserve exposure, logistics costs, and other operational impacts to support business decision-making.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, trackers, and analytical tools using Excel, Power BI, SharePoint, and other business systems.
- Manage high-volume email and Teams communications, prioritize urgent operational matters, and drive assigned actions to closure.
- Identify and support process improvements that strengthen inventory controls, reporting accuracy, operational efficiency, and cross-functional alignment.
- Support Quality, Food Safety, Compliance, and documentation requirements in accordance with company policies, regulatory standards, BRC, HACCP, GMP, sanitation, and hygiene practices.
- Understand, apply, and actively participate in company Health and Safety programs and equity, diversity, and inclusion initiatives.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Experience You’ll Bring – Ideal Role Requirements:
- College Diploma or equivalent in Supply Chain or related field; 3-5 years of experience in commodities, green coffee, agricultural products, supply chain, logistics, inventory management, or related operational roles.
- Strong SAP S/4HANA experience, preferably in Material Management (MM) and inventory processes.
- Advanced Excel skills; Power BI and SharePoint experience strongly preferred.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and reconciliation capabilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and respond quickly to operational issues.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Occasionally lift up to 35 lbs as required.

The pay for this role ranges from $65,000 - $75000 annually and is based on position responsibilities and geographic location. Actual pay within this range may be determined based on the candidate's experience, qualifications, and/or other determining factors.
