About the Position
We are hiring a part-time File Maintenance Clerk at our Home and Agro Centre in Outlook!
If you are detail-oriented, organized, comfortable with computers, and enjoy helping things run smoothly, this could be a great fit. This role helps keep pricing, promotions, shelf labels, invoices, and inventory information accurate so our team can confidently serve our members and customers every day.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Keeping product, price, cost, retail, promotion, and system information accurate and up to date
- Completing price changes, sales batches, manager specials, promotional updates, and regular price checks
- Helping make sure shelf labels, signs, and till pricing all match
- Supporting inventory accuracy through item updates, CASMs, item deletes, and follow-up on discontinued or changing products
- Processing invoices and keeping paperwork, records, and reports organized and on time
- Preparing reports and information that help managers with day-to-day store decisions
- Working with managers and team members to support pricing, promotions, inventory, and overall store operations
What You Will Need
- Grade 12 or equivalent
- Comfort using computers and entering information accurately
- Previous computer, data entry, grocery, retail, or Co-op experience would be an asset
- A general working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, including Word and Excel
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to keep things organized
- Clear communication skills and a willingness to ask questions when something does not look right
- Good problem-solving skills and the ability to manage more than one priority at a time
- A dependable, team-minded approach and the flexibility to work in both office and retail floor environments
- The ability to sit, stand, and read information for extended periods of time as part of the role
