Last Mountain Co-op is hiring a Grocery Store Manager on a full-time permanent basis at our Grocery Store based in Punnichy SK.

What you’ll do:
- Develop and promote a friendly and co-operative attitude in the workplace each day.
- Responsible for the operation and administration of the gas bar and c-store functions.
- Ensure the receiving and handling of merchandise meets organizational policies, procedures, and standards.
- Help to achieve financial results and budget objectives in the areas of sales, margins, expenses, and profits.
- Provide leadership in the areas of outstanding customer service, loss prevention and health & safety.
- Contribute to a positive customer experience, ensuring products and service provided aligns with the expectations of external and internal customers.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.

Who you are:
You are looking for a career in Retail Store Operations and:
- Have 4-6 years of retail experience, including at least 2 years of leadership experience. Previous Co-op and or Grocery Store experience would be considered and asset.
- Have a high school diploma (a combination of relevant education and experience may be considered).
- You are honest, trustworthy, results-oriented and strive to be the best in what you do.
