- The expected base salary range for this position is $70/Hr - $75/Hr, depending on experience, skills, and internal equity.

Position Overview
- We are seeking an experienced Account Manager IV / Strategic Program Manager to join the Global Brand & Community Impact team.
- This role will provide strategic leadership and execution support for high-profile, global initiatives across Community Investment, Brand, Colleague Engagement, and Customer Trust.
- The successful candidate will lead complex, cross-functional programs from planning through execution, working with senior leaders and stakeholders across Brand, Communications, HR, Marketing, business units, global markets, and external partners.
- This is a highly visible role requiring strong program leadership, stakeholder management, strategic planning, governance, and execution skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning and execution of large-scale global strategic initiatives.
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, governance structures, success metrics, and delivery frameworks.
- Manage multiple workstreams, dependencies, risks, budgets, and project milestones.
- Drive alignment across cross-functional and global stakeholders.
- Facilitate working sessions, governance meetings, decision-making forums, and project reviews.
- Develop and maintain stakeholder communication and engagement plans.
- Coordinate initiatives across multiple regions, business functions, and organizational teams.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, operational efficiency, and execution discipline.
- Monitor program performance and provide regular updates to senior leadership.
- Support activation and execution of Community Investment, colleague engagement, brand, and customer trust programs.
- Manage relationships with external partners, community organizations, vendors, and service providers.
- Ensure initiatives are delivered on time, within scope, and against agreed business and community outcomes.
- Identify and proactively address risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Support strategic planning and continuous optimization of enterprise-wide programs.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Corporate Affairs, Social Impact, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience leading complex strategic initiatives, programs, or enterprise-wide projects.
- Strong experience in strategic program and project management.
- Proven experience leading large-scale, complex, cross-functional initiatives.
- Advanced stakeholder management experience within large or global organizations.

- Experience within the Banking or Insurance industry.
- Experience working with global and regional teams across multiple markets.
- Experience managing relationships with community organizations, non-profits, strategic partners, vendors, and external service providers.
