Position Overview:
- We are seeking an experienced Senior IAM Systems Engineer - Advanced to support enterprise authentication and identity access management initiatives.
- The successful candidate will serve as a subject matter expert in RSA authentication technologies, with strong hands-on experience implementing, integrating, troubleshooting, and supporting authentication services across complex enterprise environments.
- This role will work closely with business stakeholders, technology teams, and platform groups to deliver secure, scalable, reliable, and operationally ready authentication solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the full lifecycle of authentication-service implementations, including business/project handoff, installation, configuration, development, testing, deployment, and production support.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on RSA SecurID, RSA Authentication Manager, and RSA Cloud Authentication Service.
- Configure, customize, integrate, troubleshoot, and support RSA authentication platforms across enterprise environments.
- Provide technical guidance related to performance, scalability, reliability, security, and operational readiness.
- Participate in architecture, solution design, and technology discussions for new authentication solutions and enhancements.
- Establish and maintain strong working relationships with business units, technology teams, and platform groups.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define technical deliverables and ensure IAM initiatives align with enterprise procedures, standards, and processes.
- Support incident resolution, root-cause analysis, risk remediation, and continuous improvement of authentication services.
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency through automation, standardization, and engineering best practices.
- Contribute to technical documentation, implementation standards, and operational procedures.
- Manage multiple priorities while working effectively across technical and business teams.

- The ideal candidate is a senior IAMC/authentication engineer with strong hands-on expertise in RSA Authentication Manager and RSA Cloud Authentication Service, combined with a solid understanding of modern authentication and federation protocols such as SAML, OAuth 2.0, OIDC, MFA, and SSO.
- The candidate should be comfortable operating across architecture, implementation, integration, troubleshooting, production support, and continuous improvement activities within a large enterprise environment.
