premier global organization - is seeking a highly skilled technical lead to shape and evolve their enterprise infrastructure. In this cross-functional role, you will be the driving force behind the architecture, deployment, and security of the firm’s global endpoint ecosystems, cloud environments, and physical office networks.
What You Will Do
- Infrastructure Leadership: Architect, deploy, and safeguard global cloud infrastructure, physical office networks, and enterprise endpoints.
- Subject Matter Expertise: Serve as the central authority on Microsoft 365, Identity and Access Management (IAM), and enterprise-wide device management.
- Project & Vendor Ownership: Direct end-to-end engineering projects from conception to delivery, seamlessly blending hands-on network engineering with strategic vendor management.
- Automation & Optimization: Champion automation initiatives to eliminate manual overhead, fortify operational security, and guarantee exceptional system reliability.
- Cross-Functional Impact: Partner seamlessly with diverse teams across the firm to ensure technology operations smoothly support broader business goals.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors or masters degree in software engineering, Computer Science, Information
- Technology, or related quantitative field
- Always On Availability
- Excellent communicator with team-oriented approach
- 7+ years of overall IT experience.
- Experience with Azure Administration and public cloud infrastructure.
- Experience with GitHub Workflows and API automation pipelines.
- Experience with Okta Administration (SSO, SCIM, group management) and Zoom Rooms AV administration.
- Familiarity with Linux operating systems, CLI tools, and networking subsystems.
- Administrative experience with Atlassian products (Jira, Confluence) and Adobe Creative Suite
- Aligned to Central Time (CT) operations, working out of a primary office location.
- Willingness to travel approximately 20% of the time for office buildouts, upgrades, or team initiatives (US VISA Will be required).
- Availability for occasional off-hours or weekend emergency support for critical system updates, incidents, or maintenance windows.
