Concord Pacific Developments Corp is Canada’s largest master-planned community builder. It was formed in 1987 to develop Concord Pacific Place on the former Expo lands in downtown Vancouver, Canada.
Concord has not only transformed the Concord Pacific Place Vancouver skyline, we have also built the second largest master-planned community, Concord CityPlace in Toronto (Concord Adex), in addition to other communities of scale across the country with expansion also to London, United Kingdom and Seattle, United States. We are actively hiring for a Customer Care Administrator. This is a full-time, 6-month contract position with possible extension.
Responsibilities:
- Work intensively with database: input, update, check, transfer, filter, extract and analysis
- Coordinate appointment booking with clients and internal team which may involve frequent and last-minute changes
- Build and modify e-mail templates and perform mass and select mail merge and dispatch.
- Receive, screen and respond to internal & external administrative queries
- Audit, update & maintenance of purchaser and suite files
- This job involves heavy data entry, inventory control, filing, scanning and photocopying
- Assist the Team in hosting various customer-focused events
- Able to work independently and in a team environment
- Undertake other administrative tasks as per request from management
Requirements:
- Advanced knowledge and experience in Excel, Word and Adobe Acrobat and other software programs from MS Office 365 is a must
- Skilled in using common business platforms such as JotForm and Mailchimp, etc. and working knowledge in AI applications
- Experience in Avesdo, Spark, Maximizer or other CRM and contract management software systems is an advantage
- Client service oriented with strong written and verbal communications skills
- A very detailed oriented person and always strive for precision, efficiency and accuracy
- Hands-on experience with statutory requirements related to pre-selling and conveyancing of condo in B.C. including the Real Estate Development and Marketing Act, Strata Property Act, Real Estates Services Act, FINTRAC and CSAIR is a definite asset
- Education and work experience in the field of real estates, legal assistant, paralegal, or accounting preferred
- Solid time management, organizational and multi-tasking skills and ability to work under pressure to meet important deadlines
- Ability to proactively follow up on cases to attain full resolution with minimal supervision
- A dynamic team player; flexible to changes in job nature as and when required
- Flexibility to occasionally work extended hours and weekends
- Fluent in English; second language is an asset
