Concord Pacific Developments Corp is Canada’s largest master-planned community builder. It was formed in 1987 to develop Concord Pacific Place on the former Expo lands in downtown Vancouver, Canada.
Concord has not only transformed the Concord Pacific Place Vancouver skyline, we have also built the second largest master-planned community, Concord CityPlace in Toronto (Concord Adex), in addition to other communities of scale across the country with expansion also to London, United Kingdom and Seattle, United States. We are actively hiring for a Customer Experience Officer. This is a full-time, 6-month contract with possibility of extension.
The Customer Experience Officer will support the operational setup of new residential buildings, establish service standards, and facilitate a smooth transition from the developer to owners, strata councils, and property management teams. This role serves as a key liaison between the developer, property management company, building personnel, and residents, helping establish strong operational foundations and a high-quality residential experience.
Responsibilities:
- Support newly completed residential buildings from completion to stable operations.
- Coordinate with property management on building services, procedures, and service contracts.
- Train and support building personnel to ensure consistent delivery of high-quality service to residents.
- Monitor transition issues and coordinate follow-up with internal teams, property management, owners, strata councils and service providers.
- Help ensure residents experience a smooth and professional transition into the building.
- Organize and liaise informational, social or recreational events for owners and residents.
- Travel to various Concord project locations as required.
Requirements:
- Experience in hospitality, customer service, residential operations, or property management.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and professionalism in a fast-paced environment.
- High service standards with strong attention to detail.
- Self-motivated, hands-on, and willing to support varied operational tasks.
- Ability to train, coach, and transfer knowledge to building and service teams.
- Comfortable working in active project environments where buildings may not yet be fully operational.
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office 365, CRM, Mailchimp, Canva, Jotform, and working knowledge of AI applications.
