🌟 We're Hiring: Senior Product Designer
12-Month Contract | Toronto | Hybrid (4 Days Onsite)
The Opportunity
We're looking for a Senior Product Designer with strong interaction and visual design skills to help shape a leading consumer-facing loyalty and rewards platform.
You'll work on engaging digital experiences across web and mobile, from early concepts and user journeys to polished, development-ready designs.
⭐ Important: Direct product design experience in retail, ecommerce, or loyalty/rewards is REQUIRED for this role.
What You'll Do
🔹 Design intuitive, visually engaging experiences across responsive web and native mobile apps
🔹 Own the end-to-end design process, from concepts and wireframes to high-fidelity UI and prototypes
🔹 Create seamless experiences for offers, rewards, redemptions, and ecommerce journeys
🔹 Work with Figma and established design systems to deliver consistent, accessible designs
🔹 Collaborate with product managers, researchers, developers, and marketing teams
🔹 Present your work and confidently explain design decisions
What We're Looking For
✅ MUST HAVE: Direct experience designing digital products in retail, ecommerce, or loyalty/rewards
✅ 7+ years of product design experience (or 10+ years combining interaction and visual design)
✅ Strong UX/UI and visual design skills, with a portfolio demonstrating both
✅ Experience designing for native mobile apps AND responsive web
✅ Advanced Figma skills, including prototyping and design systems
✅ Understanding of accessibility, user journeys, and interaction design
✅ Experience working in Agile, cross-functional product teams
✅ Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
