Position Type: Full-time / Part-time (In-person)

Pay Range: $18.00 – $20.00 / hour

About Us

At OFF LEASE TORONTO, a joint venture between Downtown Auto Group (DAG) and Rafih Auto Group, we are engineering trust, crafting reliability, and revolutionizing the pre-owned automotive sales experience. Established in 1992, our parent group has grown to over 300 professionals representing one of the largest automotive retailers in the region.

Joining our team means stepping into a high-energy environment at a modern facility with distinct room for career growth through internal promotions and continuous training via the DAG Academy.

Position Summary

We are seeking an energetic, reliable Lot Attendant to maintain our sales lot and showroom. As a key player in presentability and inventory management, you will ensure our pre-owned inventory is properly arranged, spotless, and ready for display or customer delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Vehicle & Lot Management: Move, park, and organize vehicles efficiently across the lot and showroom to maintain an appealing visual layout.
Vehicle Transport: Safely pick up and drop off vehicles at designated off-site locations, partner facilities, or detailing bays.
Detailing & Reconditioning: Wash, vacuum, and prepare vehicles for customer deliveries, test drives, and sales floor display.
Vehicle Inspection: Conduct visual inspections on incoming and lot vehicles for visible damage or issues (e.g., flat tires) and report them promptly to the sales team.
Facility Maintenance: Maintain a clean, safe, and debris-free environment across the showroom, lot, and customer-facing areas.
Customer Interaction: Greet visitors professionally upon arrival and direct them to the appropriate sales team member.
Sales Support: Assist the sales and management team with miscellaneous operational tasks as needed.

This job description indicates the general nature of work expected. Incumbent may be asked to perform other duties as required.

Qualifications

Driving Record: Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record (required).
Work Authorization: Must be legally eligible to work in Canada.
Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and drive for extended periods, and lift up to 50 lbs as needed.
Flexibility: Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
Skills & Attributes: Strong team player, attention to detail, passion for cars, and a professional attitude.

What We Offer

Competitive compensation ($18 – $20/hr)
Comprehensive health, dental, and vision benefits
Employee discounts (Parts, Service, and Vehicle Purchase Programs)
Career growth opportunities and professional development via DAG Academy
A collaborative, high-performing workplace culture
