Responsibilities
Arrange and monitor the work of production-line positions, ensuring key production activities are carried out effectively. Guide and train team members, coordinate with others, and help resolve general production-line issues while following operating procedures.
Requirements
Applicants must be aged 23–40, healthy and able to work shifts, hold a college degree or higher, and have more than three years of experience producing mechanical parts. They should understand beverage production processes and equipment, with skills in production planning, team management, communication, coordination, and troubleshooting; mechanical or automation-related majors are preferred.
