The Role
As a Program Manager, you will be delivering highly effective data driven campaigns on time for a variety of markets and liaise with clients, agencies and internal departments from start to finish on all projects.
You will be expected to work onsite Monday to Friday in our Brampton site for the first 3 months. The role will transition to a hybrid role working a minimum of 2-3 days per week after the completion of a successful probation period.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, coordinating with internal departments including Account Executives, Operations, Programming, Procurement, and IT
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing recommendations and identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, quality, and program performance
- Lead client project activities, including responding to inquiries and executing direct mail, print, production, estimating, inventory, kitting/fulfillment, and client deliverables
- Manage the full project lifecycle for key client accounts, from estimation through development, testing, production, and delivery for both print and mail requirements[PK1]
- Coordinate variable data and personalized print campaigns, ensuring data accuracy, testing, and production readiness
- Create work-back schedules, oversee all aspects of production, and complete post-job analyses as needed
- Monitor in-house inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment to support print and mail production
- Act as the main contact for client and production issues: escalate to the appropriate department, lead resolution meetings, and prepare write-ups for Account Executives and clients
- Interpret and create instructions for internal teams, perform quality control on all letter copy and print proofs, review audits, and coordinate data instructions and transfers
- Establish and maintain quality control standards and checkpoints to ensure work meets customer specifications
Skills & Experiences
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field, paired with 3-5 years of experience in direct mail, marketing production and account management
- Experienced with managing projects with variable data and personalized marketing communications, developing workback schedules, and ability to juggle shifting priorities simultaneously
- Understanding of print industry practices, including print and direct mail buying, offset and digital printing, pre-press and on-press quality control, letter shop, and mailing[PK2]
- Solid understanding of CPC regulations and mailing guidelines; knowledge of USPS regulations is an asset
- A champion of process, with excellent data reporting, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Clear and direct oral and written communication to lead customer-facing discussions and influence internal cross-functional teams with proven negotiation skills
- Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to make sense of ambiguity and raise the bar by setting new standards
- Proficiency with PC platforms and Microsoft Office applications
- Strong sense of urgency, with the ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines, paired with sound judgment, decisiveness, and strong initiative

Compensation
$65,149 - $81,436 CAD per year
The compensation range listed reflects the expected compensation for the role. Actual compensation will be determined based on individual skills and experience.
