Shift: 2-Week Rotation (7:00AM-3:30PM; 4:00PM-12:00AM)
Key Responsibilities
- Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE at all times
- Read and understand work orders, drawings, and production paperwork
- Assemble door components using standard processes, tools, and equipment
- Perform gluing, clamping, and assembly using decorative and rotary clamps
- Assemble mortise, mitre, panel, mullion, decorative, and specialty doors
- Inspect materials and finished products for defects, alignment, and quality
- Adjust clamp pressure and assembly methods based on product requirements
- Maintain steady product flow to the next workstation
- Keep workstations and equipment clean and organized
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications & Skills:
- A strong commitment to safety and proper use of required PPE (safety glasses, hearing protection, safety shoes).
- Keen attention to detail and quality, with the ability to spot imperfections and make corrections.
- Solid understanding of wood materials and machining principles.
- Dependability, teamwork, and pride in producing top-quality components.
