Shift: Straight Days (7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.); shift rotation as operationally required
Key Responsibilities
- Review work orders and drawings to confirm drilling requirements.
- Select the correct materials, programs, tools and drill bits.
- Set up and use drilling equipment safely and efficiently.
- Inspect components for accuracy and quality, making adjustments as needed.
- Meet production targets while handling materials carefully.
- Perform routine maintenance and report equipment concerns.
- Maintain accurate production records and a clean, safe work area.
- Support other production areas and perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications & Skills
- Production machinery experience is considered an asset.
- Ability to understand work orders, drawings, measurements and specifications.
- Mechanical aptitude and basic troubleshooting skills.
- Strong attention to detail, organization and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and contribute to team goals.
- Reliable, safety-conscious and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to lift and handle materials weighing up to 50 lbs., as required.
