Position- SAP PM A2D Test Lead
Location: Calgary, Canada – Onsite
Duration- 12 Months
- Lead end-to-end SAP PM (Plant Maintenance) Asset-to-Decommission (A2D) testing across asset lifecycle and maintenance processes.
- Develop and execute comprehensive test strategies, test plans, scenarios, scripts, and execution schedules aligned with business and SAP requirements.
- Lead SIT, UAT, functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing for SAP PM implementations, enhancements, and system changes.
- Validate key A2D processes including asset creation, equipment and functional locations, maintenance planning, work orders, notifications, execution, refurbishment, retirement, and decommissioning.
- Coordinate with Maintenance, Operations, Engineering, Finance, Supply Chain, SAP functional teams, technical teams, and business SMEs.
- Validate integration between SAP PM and MM, FICO, PS, HCM, EAM, procurement, inventory, and external systems throughout the asset lifecycle.
- Manage the complete defect lifecycle, including logging, triage, prioritization, root-cause analysis, retesting, regression validation, and closure.
- Ensure test data, asset master data, maintenance plans, equipment structures, work orders, workflows, authorizations, and interfaces are properly prepared and validated.
- Track test execution, defect trends, risks, dependencies, test coverage, and KPIs, providing regular status reports and escalation to project leadership.
- Drive business sign-off and go-live readiness, ensuring critical SAP PM A2D defects are resolved or formally accepted and supporting post-go-live stabilization.
