What You Will Do
As part of our collaborative project team, the Project Administrator keeps the information, documentation and administrative details behind our developments organized and moving. Working with both the office and field teams, you’ll support projects from pre-construction through construction and close-out, making sure the right information gets to the right people at the right time.
- Own project files and records – hard copy and digital
- Keep trade, vendor and purchase order documentation organized
- Coordinate project documents across teams and stakeholders
- Build complete close-out packages for turnover
- Track safety program documentation
- Organize meetings, schedules and minutes
- Help set up and wrap up project site offices
- Support onboarding and role-specific training
- Jump into projects that improve administrative operations
- Be the administrative link between the office and the field
What You Bring to the Table
- Business or construction-related diploma/degree
- Administrative experience – construction is a definite asset
- Multi-unit residential construction experience
- Procore and Microsoft Office know-how
- Bluebeam, AutoCAD, Revit or ArchiCAD familiarity is an asset
- Construction drawings don’t intimidate you
- Strong document management and organization skills
- Safety awareness and knowledge
- Detail-oriented with a sharp eye for what’s missing
- Ability to juggle deadlines and changing priorities
- Clear written and verbal communication
- Collaborative, adaptable and ready to help
