Original job description
As Ditto's first Partnership & Growth Manager, you'll be helping shape the foundation of one of Toronto's most exciting early-stage startups. This is a ground-floor opportunity to own the growth and community strategy of an app that's changing the way people connect around the activities they love.
You'll be the face of Ditto in Toronto's activity communities - from pickleball courts to yoga studios to running clubs. Your job is to build relationships with local venues, studios, and community organizers that drive real users onto the platform. You'll identify and approach potential partners, pitch Ditto's value proposition, manage partnership agreements, and manage those relationships over time to ensure both sides are winning.
Beyond partnerships, you'll be on the ground at events and activations, representing Ditto and converting real-world interactions into app sign-ups and engaged users. You'll work directly with the founder to develop and execute growth strategies, track what's working, and double down on it.
You're naturally outgoing, relationship-driven, and thrive in environments where you're building something from scratch. You're embedded in Toronto's fitness and activity communities, or eager to be. You're comfortable with ambiguity, you move fast, and you're motivated by ownership.
This is an equity-based role, meaning you'll own a real piece of what we're building together. As Ditto grows, so does your stake in it. If you've been looking for an opportunity to get in early on something with real momentum and a vision that genuinely excites you, this is it.
