We are a fast-growing consulting organization with a diverse, high-achieving, and innovative team. We are currently seeking a Senior Scheduler to play a key role in driving project success and supporting our continued growth.
The Opportunity As a Senior Scheduler, you will take ownership of complex scheduling activities across multiple projects and clients. You will work closely with project teams to develop, manage, and analyze schedules that provide clear insight into project progress, risks, and opportunities. This is a pivotal role combining technical excellence with leadership and client-facing responsibilities.
This is a full-time, non-remote, in-office position based in downtown Toronto, Ontario.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with project managers, clients, and internal teams to ensure schedules are accurate, realistic, and aligned with project goals and contractual obligations.
Provide expert-level analysis of schedule performance, identifying critical paths, variances, risks, and mitigation strategies.
Conduct detailed schedule impact and delay analyses, supporting claims, forecasts, and recovery plans.
Maintain a strong focus on Health & Safety standards, ensuring compliance with all applicable acts, regulations, and codes.
College or university degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Consulting experience and exposure to multiple sectors (infrastructure, energy, transportation, etc.) are strong assets.
Must be legally eligible to work in Canada.
