We're hiring! At Elephant & Castle, we serve up the best bits of a classic British pub: hearty food, proper pours, lively conversation, and a warm welcome that feels like home. Whether it’s match day madness, a weekday business lunch, or “just one more” with friends, great hospitality and good times are always on the menu.
Football is in our DNA. From the Premier League and Champions League to international tournaments, if there’s a match on, chances are it’s on our screens. Our pubs are gathering places for passionate fans, big reactions, and unforgettable moments, the kind you just can’t recreate at home.
What truly sets Elephant & Castle apart is our people. Our teams are made up of genuine, hardworking, hospitality-loving humans who bring personality, energy, and teamwork to every shift. From pouring pints and serving plates to prepping in the kitchen, firing up the grill, and keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes, everyone plays their part.
We’re proud to offer hands-on training, real opportunities to grow, and a culture built on camaraderie, respect, and having a laugh along the way. If you’re passionate about hospitality, thrive in a team environment, and don’t mind a little noise on match day, you’ll fit right in.
