- Identify Condition of Supply (COS) documents requiring updates or modifications.
- Verify that work instructions accurately specify all required jigs, fixtures, tools, hand tools, consumables, hardware, and parts.
- Validate detail parts against released Condition of Supply documentation and highlight deviations.
- Verify assembly compliance with engineering drawings, specifications, and design requirements.
- Identify, document, and report nonconformances, discrepancies, and deviations during First Article Inspection (FAI).
- Support corrective actions, re-inspections, and documentation updates to resolve manufacturing issues.
- Interpret engineering drawings and technical documentation to support assembly and production activities.
- Coordinate with engineering, quality, manufacturing, and other support teams to resolve production issues.
