Quality Assurance Lead – SAP S/4HANA
- Location: Montreal, QC
- Work Model: Hybrid – 3 days onsite per week
- Contract: 12 months, with possibility of extension
- Language: English & French required; Spanish is an asset
About the Role
- We are seeking a Quality Assurance Lead to oversee independent test governance and readiness assurance for a major SAP S/4HANA and BTP transformation. The role focuses on validating testing evidence, managing quality controls and identifying risks across SIT, UAT, SIT2, cutover and hypercare.
Key Responsibilities & Requirements
- Govern test readiness, quality gates and testing standards.
- Validate test evidence, documentation and traceability.
- Monitor defect management, ageing, trends and escalations.
- Review System Integrator testing reports and identify quality gaps.
- Prepare QA readiness reports and recommend Pass, Conditional Pass or Blocker decisions.
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA testing governance, SIT/UAT, defect management and test management tools; qTest is an asset.
- Strong analytical, documentation, stakeholder management and reporting skills.
- Must be fluent in English and French and available onsite in Montreal three days per week.
