Title: Senior Application Support Analyst (Capital Markets Technology)
Location : Toronto, Hybrid
Duration – 12 months
Pay Range-$46 - $54
Must Have:
- Extensive hands-on production/application support experience within large enterprise environments
- Experience supporting trading, capital markets, risk management, or investment banking applications
- Strong scripting and automation experience using Python, Perl, or similar technologies
- Strong Linux, Windows, and SQL administration/support experience
- Strong understanding of database concepts and ability to write SQL queries on demand
- Experience with ITIL Incident, Problem, and Change Management processes
- Experience documenting processes and workflows within Confluence and Jira
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure production environment
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience
