Title - Identity and Access Management (IAM) Delivery Consultant _L3
Location – Toronto (Onsite)
Duration – 11 months
Pay Range - $53 - $62
Key Responsibilities
- Design, install, configure, and support IBM Security Access Manager / Verify Access components including WebSEAL, Policy Server, AAC, and Federation modules
- Implement and manage SSO and federated identity solutions using SAML 2.0, OAuth 2.0, and OpenID Connect (OIDC)
- Configure and manage reverse proxy (WebSEAL), junctions, ACLs, POPs, and authorization rules
- Integrate ISAM with LDAP directories (IBM LDAP / Active Directory) and external identity providers
- Support multi-factor authentication (MFA) and advanced authentication flows
- Perform troubleshooting, performance tuning, and high-availability configurations across environments (Dev, Test, Prod)
- Collaborate with application, network, and security teams to ensure secure integrations and compliance
- Participate in change, incident, and problem management processes (ITIL-aligned environments)
- Maintain technical documentation, configuration standards, and operational runbooks
Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with IBM Security Access Manager (ISAM) / IBM Security Verify Access
- Strong knowledge of Web Access Management (WAM) concepts
- Solid experience with SSO, Federation, SAML, OAuth, and OIDC
- Experience configuring WebSEAL reverse proxy and junctions
- Strong understanding of IAM concepts, authentication, authorization, and access control models
- Experience with Linux/Unix environments and basic scripting
- Familiarity with TLS, certificates, keystores, and truststores
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
