Program Manager – Customer Care Strategy Program
- Must be a Senior Program Manager caliber resource
- Canada-based resource with ability and willingness to travel as required
- Experience leading large, multi-project programs and transformation initiatives
- Strong program governance, financial management, risk/dependency management, and executive reporting skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams, stakeholders, and vendors simultaneously
- Experience working across both Canadian and U.S. teams is preferred
- Strong executive presence and communication skills
- Onshore resource
- Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and program delivery experience
- Experience managing complex enterprise technology programs
