Bilingual Cyber Security Analyst (English/French)

We are looking for a motivated and bilingual Cyber Security Analyst to join a growing security team supporting enterprise clients. This role is ideal for someone with a strong foundation in cybersecurity who enjoys investigating threats, working with clients, and helping organizations strengthen their security posture.

What You'll Do
- Monitor, investigate, and respond to security alerts and incidents
- Provide security advisory and deployment services for client organizations
- Conduct security risk assessments and support compliance initiatives
- Analyze security requirements and recommend effective security solutions
- Assist with the implementation and optimization of security technologies, including firewalls, intrusion prevention systems (IPS), and SIEM platforms
- Support security-related projects while collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Research emerging cybersecurity threats, technologies, and best practices
- Educate clients on security policies, procedures, and recommendations
- Help strengthen the overall security posture of client environments
Schedule & Hours
- 37.5 hours per week
- Training Period: 2-3 months, Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST
- Post-Training Schedule: 12-hour shifts, 3 days per week
- Must be comfortable working a shift-based schedule following the training period
Must-Have Qualifications
- Bilingual in English and French
- Cybersecurity education, certifications, or relevant hands-on experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience working in a Security Operations Center (SOC)
- Experience supporting external clients in a managed security environment
- Familiarity with security technologies such as SIEM, firewalls, and IPS solutions
- Understanding of security frameworks, risk management, and compliance requirements
- Strong customer service and client-facing experience
- Naturally curious mindset with a passion for investigating security events and threats
