Job Description

Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service
Assist Food & Beverage Servers in all aspects of the dining experience
Assist guests regarding menu items in an informative and helpful way
Ensure proper set up of all side stations in the outlet
Have full knowledge of beverage lists and promotions, menu items and preparation methods
Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage
Must be available to work a variety of shifts including early mornings, late evenings, weekends and holidays

Qualifications

Previous service experience an asset
Previous Point of Sale system experience an asset
Excellent Communication and Organizational skills
Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work cohesively and collaboratively as part of a team
Possession of the Serving It Right Certificate

Responsibilities

Provide professional, friendly service and support food and beverage servers throughout the dining experience. Assist guests with menu information, prepare side stations, maintain knowledge of menus and promotions, and follow food safety and sanitation policies.

Requirements

Previous service experience and Point of Sale system experience are assets, along with strong communication and organizational skills. Candidates should be guest-focused, calm and courteous, able to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, hold a Serving It Right Certificate, and have Canadian work authorization.
