Role Description The Charter Sales Representative is a full-time, on-site role based in London, ON. This role is responsible for managing charter inquiries, preparing quotes, and converting leads into confirmed bookings while maintaining a high level of client service. Day-to-day tasks include consulting with clients to understand their travel needs, presenting flight options and pricing, coordinating with operations and concierge teams, and ensuring all trip details are documented accurately. The representative will follow up with prospects, build and maintain client relationships, and contribute to sales targets through proactive outreach and repeat business development. This role also involves maintaining up-to-date knowledge of aircraft options, routes, and service offerings to provide tailored recommendations and support a seamless travel experience.
Qualifications
- Strong sales and customer relationship skills, including experience in consultative selling, lead conversion, and account management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with proficiency in clear verbal and written communication and professional client interaction.
- Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple inquiries, prioritize tasks, and meet booking and revenue goals.
- Comfort with using CRM systems, booking platforms, and standard office software to track leads, manage data, and prepare proposals.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with operations, concierge, and service teams to coordinate high-quality charter experiences.
- Prior experience in aviation, travel, hospitality, or luxury services is an asset.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion when working with confidential client information.
- Flexible schedule and willingness to respond to client needs outside standard business hours when required.
- Post-secondary education in business, marketing, hospitality, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent experience.
