What you will do
- Build and shape the HR Operational Excellence function
- Lead end-to-end HR process transformation
- Identify recurring issues and remove root causes
- Improve employee experience and HR service delivery
- Work closely with HRIS, Workday and ServiceNow teams
- Drive standardisation, automation and continuous improvement
- Lead cross-functional transformation initiatives
- Influence senior stakeholders across HR, Technology and Operations
- Lead and develop direct reports
What we need
- Strong HR Operational Excellence or HR transformation experience
- Proven end-to-end process redesign experience
- Strong Workday knowledge
- Experience working closely with HRIS and Workday teams
- Genuine people leadership experience
- Strong senior stakeholder management
- Experience leading change through influence
- Experience within a large or complex organisation
