Exciting contract opportunity for an experienced Workday Business Analyst supporting a large-scale Workday HCM transformation in Canada.
Initial 12-month contract with potential extensions. Target start: November 2026.
The role:
- Gather business requirements and translate them into Workday-aligned processes and solutions.
- Lead HR process mapping, gap analysis and stakeholder workshops.
- Work closely with Workday functional teams on solution validation, testing and deployment readiness.
Requirements:
- Previous Workday experience is essential.
- 5+ years of business analysis experience supporting large-scale transformation programmes.
- Strong understanding of HR processes and how they connect with Workday HCM.
- Experience in requirements documentation, process redesign and business testing.
- Confident leading workshops with HR stakeholders and Workday delivery teams.
