About the role:
The Banquet Server is responsible for providing exceptional food and beverage service during events, ensuring a seamless and memorable guest experience. This role includes setting up and breaking down banquet spaces, serving meals and drinks with professionalism and attention to detail, and maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and service quality in line with Four Seasonsâ brand standards.
What you will do:
Set up, maintain, and break down banquet rooms, bars, and meeting spaces as required.
What you bring:
Good communication skills in French and English; an intermediate level of English is required to provide professional service to international customers, understand their specific requests, and respond effectively.
The ability to carry up to 30lbs (13kg);
A flexible schedule with the ability to work all shifts: days, nights, weekends and holidays.
