The Role
We are seeking a Digital Ad Specialist who masters Ad Managers, Google Tag Manager (GTM), GA4, and Microsoft Clarity. - Tracking Architecture: Build, troubleshoot, and maintain custom event tracking using GTM, GA4, Microsoft Clarity, and Server-Side/CAPI setups.
- Controlled Experimentation: Design structured testing frameworks (creative, copy, landing page variants) with clear hypotheses, sample logic, and post-test analyses.
- Creative Briefing: Translate user behavior data (from GA4 drop-off points and Clarity heatmaps/recordings) into actionable briefs for creative and web teams.
Requirements
- Advanced, hands-on mastery of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads (PMax, Search, YouTube), GTM, GA4, and Microsoft Clarity.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot server-side vs. client-side tracking failures independently.
