Our client is a well-established, growing organization looking for a Senior Manager, Finance Transformation to modernize its finance function.
Reporting directly to the CFO, this newly created role combines finance transformation, controllership, treasury, and corporate finance.
What You'll Do
- Lead finance process improvement and automation initiatives.
- Evaluate and implement finance technology, including automation, RPA, AI-enabled tools, and expense/AP solutions.
- Oversee accounting and controllership for two subsidiaries.
- Lead month-end close and manage one direct report.
- Manage treasury activities, including FX and cash-flow forecasting.
- Oversee the corporate insurance program.
- Partner with IT and business leaders to drive finance transformation.
What We're Looking For
- CPA designation required.
- 5+ years of progressive accounting/finance experience.
- Controllership or senior accounting management experience.
- Strong accounting and financial reporting foundation.
- Experience with finance transformation, process improvement, or technology implementation.
- ERP experience; automation/RPA experience is an asset.
- Strong communication and people-management skills.
- Manufacturing/distribution experience is an asset, but not required.
