Organic veggie farming
Position: Farm harvester and packing
Farm: SunTrio
Location: Saanichton, Greater Victoria BC.
We are a local organic vegetable farm and looking for a motivated, organized person to join our farm team!
This is a hands-on role for someone who likes staying busy and enjoys working with fresh, local produce.
What You'll Be Doing
- Harvesting, washing and packing fresh local produce and salad greens.
- Preparing wholesale, farmers market orders and invoices
- Occasionaly doing the deliveries
- Helping set up and sell at farmers markets
- Jumping in with other farm tasks when needed
We'd Love Someone Who Is
- Organized and has good work ethics
- Reliable and a good communicator
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
- Happy working in a fast-paced farm environment
- Has a driver's license
Previous farm experience is great, but a good attitude and willingness to learn are more important
