In this role, you will:
- Process incoming items in the integrated production system and prepare the required documentation for the receiving team.
- Conduct inventory checks and follow-ups in the integrated production system to ensure the accuracy of information.
- Responding to requests from internal inspectors and customer representatives regarding materials, certificates, and related documentation.
- Supporting the receiving team with requests related to inventory and material documentation.
- Tracking containers using AIM and preparing the required loading slips.
- Greet carriers at the receiving area, verify the necessary information, and direct them to the appropriate areas.
- Collect, verify, and electronically file delivery notes, analysis certificates, steel certificates, and documents related to structural hardware.
- Follow up on missing documents with the purchasing department and the various parties involved.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with documentation related to purchased materials and products, including delivery notes, mill test reports, certificates of conformity, certificates of analysis, and inspection reports.
- Ensure the accuracy, traceability, and proper archiving of documents and information related to the receipt of materials.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion, in accordance with company policies.
- Ensure that the activities and documentation under their responsibility comply with the requirements of the quality management system.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure the efficient flow of information and proper tracking of files.
- Perform any other related tasks necessary for the smooth operation of the department.
Desired Qualifications
- Advanced proficiency in French and English, both spoken and written.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- High school diploma (DES) completed.
- At least one (1) year of experience in a similar position.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage priorities effectively.
- Adaptability and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative spirit.
